Sweet Dee

(‘Sweet Dee’, 2014) In many ways, this is where it all started.  It was my first long project after hip surgery – the mixed blessing that lead me back to the pencils in the first place – and my first time using Mellotex paper.

The subject is actress Kaitlin Olson, and while she isn’t technically in character here (see the wedding ring), fans of the show “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” will recognize this is as a “very Sweet Dee” kind of situation.
